Media Change Agents (MCA) is a 10 year strong creative industries non-profit that serves as a resource especially for job seekers, funding applicants, producers crewing up and those who just need information and education. Our organisation boasts a membership of close to 2000 film and TV crew, background performers, musicians, pr practitioners and other media personnel and we serve this community by:
- Removing barriers to entry into the industry
- Ensuring that creatives are constantly and consistently employed
- Educating existing and aspirant media personnel about the workings of the industry
- Encouraging more young people to enter the media space in its broad range, instead of a linear focus on actual filming and being on TV.
- Influencing content and audience development.
We are an organisation for creatives, by creatives.
